Peanut Butter Frosting

  1. In large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy
  2. Slowly beat in half of the sugar and half of the cream
  3. Beat in the remaining sugar
  4. If necessary, add a little more cream until frosting reaches spreadable consistency

Makes enough to frost a 2-layer 9 inch cake or a 9x13 inch cake
