Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
Directions
- In large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy
- Slowly beat in half of the sugar and half of the cream
- Beat in the remaining sugar
- If necessary, add a little more cream until frosting reaches spreadable consistency
Makes enough to frost a 2-layer 9 inch cake or a 9x13 inch cake
